Vincent Tan currently sits as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Berjaya Corporation Berhad which currently owns several businesses like resorts, gambling, property, and golfing. He also operates MiTV, a Malaysian TV service provider that was launched in 2005.

Born in Batu Pahat, Johor in 1952, Vincent Tan has worked as an insurance agent and clerk before he actually decided to engage into business. He acquired a McDonald's franchise in Malaysia in 1982 and shortly, he purchased Sports Toto. Currently, he owns Cardiff City F.C., which was allowed to play for the English Premier League in 2013 and 2014.
